Did you click on a “download eBook” link and it prompted you to “sign in?”
Don’t fret if your Fuller ID doesn’t work!
Why? It’s not supposed to. 🙂
If this is your first time downloading (or “checking out”) an eBook, there is a possibility that you have not created an account. There are certain eBook companies (and EBSCO is one of them) that requires a patron to have their own account before downloading an eBook from their site. Entering your Fuller ID credentials as your username and password will not allow you to log in,
you MUST create an account with EBSCO because one is not already created for you!
After creating your account, you will be able to download eBooks to be used offline.
